Step 1: Register your contact info

Take a look at some of our free articles and programs, which you can find in the "About Hybrid" section on the top / left area of the main page. This is a very small example of what's available to you as a member - we have literally hundreds and hundreds of articles, recipes, audio clips, video clips and demos. Plus you get access to the Hybrid forum, which is a fantastic resource for all things strength, conditioning, nutrition and fitness related. It's like having a team of trainers at your disposal, ready to answer your questions.
Step 3: Become a member of the Hybrid community

Step 4: Check out the other features of the site
Hybrid members get access to articles, programs and features that are totally unique. The Hybrid founders and advisers have devoted years (and in some cases, a lifetime) of study to their respective areas of expertise. What that means for you is that you are sure to get the most current and effective science-based training and fitness information. All you need to do is utilize what we give you and you'll likely exceed the goals you set for yourself.
One of the great features we offer our members is access to a vast video exercise library. Not only do we provide a video for almost 500 individual exercises, but we also provide a detailed description of each movement from beginning to end. You can use this player to build workouts for yourself or email them to other people. These features are already built into the player.
