HYBRID TOUR: Incredible Training Resources
At Hybrid Fitness, we've taken the time to create a huge exercise list which any of our members can access. If you're a fitness professional, maybe you want some ideas for new exercises to use with clients. If you're not a fitness pro and just looking for exercises that work specific areas using only the equipment you have access to, you can do that as well. We've broken down a massive list of exercises into the body part or region they work and categorized them into different lists based on the equipment used. Equipment types include bodyweight, sandbags, medicine ball, barbells, dumbbells, physioballs and many more. It's very easy to see what exercise works what body part. Simply click on the "Exercises" department on the left side navigation bar.
In addition to a list of exercises, we've built a video library of almost 500 exercises. Now you can see exactly how each movement is performed. The custom video player also includes a written description of each exercise and allows you to search for exercises based on exercise type, resistance type or body region trained.
