Medicine Ball Mini-Circuit for Conditioning

This routine is short, sweet and to the point!

Shoot for 3-5 full cycles resting in between as prescribed below. If it's too easy, incerase the speed of the movements and/or the weight of the ball.

This is one of our favorites, so you may see it intermixed in other workouts.

Mini-Circuit:

1. Med-Ball Squat Push

2. Med-Ball Over head Slams

3. Med-Ball Rotational Split-Squat Jumps

Each movement done for 30 seconds then proceed immediately to the next movement without resting. Circuit lasts 90 seconds. Rest 60-90 seconds and repeat.
